Turing Pi uses Jetson-compatible pin layout, so the modules must claim pin compatibility with Nvidia Jetson modules to be considered possible to work.
The connector is DDR4 260 pin while this one is DDR3 240 pin
Also:
This tiny compute module using SODIMM-DDR3 form factor that commonly found in notebook computer. This allows flexibility for makers to integrate multiple SOPINE A64 into their motherboard for projects that require more computing power.
- wait, what? 😄

On TuringPi 2?
It says it's using DDR3 connector, not what's on TPi2
