Thanks for the reply @lichkain, I removed the SDCard after flashing the eMMC and configuring to boot from there and restarted but it just sat there - after putting the SDCard back in the carrier would boot - I have to assume that I did something wrong on the copy or reconfigure... I will attempt again and play closer attention to the process/doc's. Thanks again for the reply.
