@Oleg Tsarev this works great! I upgraded from factory (2024.05.1) to 2.34.0 in NAND just by uploading the .tpu on a TPi 2.4. Afterwards I set up split VLAN and that is working exactly as I wanted. You can report at least two community confirmations that this firmware is functioning on a 2.4 board.
I needed to change BMC IP and had to do that in ssh - maybe a feature worth adding to the web interface on the Network page to expand functionality of "Reset Network" section is ability to edit BMC IP settings (DHCP/Static/etc)?
Something that is not working how I imagine is the clock and NTP. I have the 2.4 board that has the corrected battery but in the past I had no real need for accurate time on the TPi and did not sync the clock using NTP. Now that the firmware has features that are more useful with accurate time (metrics, etc) I wanted to sync the clock and I used the UI to add a NTP server. Even after a BMC reboot Settings and About both report "not synchronized" for time/clock. Am I doing something wrong or is this (un)expected behavior?
Once I am able to take down the workloads to reboot my 2.5 board I will upgrade there too. This firmware is a massive step forward and adds real useful functionality. Thank you for your work!!!
