screen is not included but tmux (tbh with a opinonated screen-like config 🤣 ). as package manager is there just do

apk add screen

🙂 Install anything you want from alpine, as long you have space 🙂 BTW minicom is included with pre-seeded defaults minicom [1-4] will give you the corresponding serial
