That's... disheartening. I don't blame you at all; it sounds like you fulfilled your part of the deal. However, the fact that this board is still being sold as having an L2 managed switch, even though it sounds like TM has abandoned the firmware, which doesn't have this capability, is a bit of a smack in the face to those who purchase this board. This functionality was a major deciding factor for me to go with the Turing Pi vs. other solutions. I guess "caveat emptor" applies here. 😦
