Ive replied on your concerns. Im pushing hard to get this release out of the door now for a while. As mentioned, life after v2.1 looks better, with some complex tasks out of the way, and a bunch of cool things that are being worked on. As im the main maintainer, i will make more executive decisions in the future to at least prevent the lengthy stalls
