I placed my order on over 2 weeks ago, my card was charged the same day as the order, I did receive two emails with an order number, but when I logged into turningpi.com I saw no orders. I assumed it would show up eventually and gave them time, but after waiting almost two weeks, no further emails or orders showing on my account. I attempted to reach out to them. My first attempt was roughly 5 days ago I still have not heard anything, outside of a auto reply from the email I sent. Any suggestions on what I can do? If I logged into turninigpi.com and I saw my order with a status, or some other feedback it would feel a lot better, the order email did state I might receive it as late as Oct 21st (2 more days), but I still have not gotten any tracking number.

What was the reason? Tried to login with different email?

I am not sure why the response took so long my guess is they are very busy. My order is still processing but at least it is showing up under my account. The email is the same but order was placed as a guest.
