Nope. It's super easy to make HTML to Markdown converter and feed as source to Agent but tool is not a good choice cause lots of parameters involved like: 1. Not every site is static. 2. Some sites uses JS to manipulate content. 3. Un-structured + Dynamic 4. Untrusted source can feed false information. Instead of making single tool, make an action agent to fetch json from selected web sources and feed info into thread context when the data missing.
