The question is an interesting one. Essentially the code for this computer is written in a natural language and that is English. That is, from wrappers for low-level operations to assistants and agents. I don't know yet how this will affect other languages. But right now the lower levels of abstraction are described, they are more mechanistic than higher level reasoning. Maybe it won't be a problem to use other languages at a higher level of reasoning
