The development of agents and the extension of the OS capabilities is done in natural language. Question: Where will this OS run if natural language computers do not yet exist? It will be a software implementation of a natural language computer, where all information is stored in vectors (functions/agents/user data) and processing is done in models. If you are familiar with the concept of Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), then between the natural language computer and the natural language OS there will be a similar HAL layer that realizes the connection between natural language and low-level computer operations.
